Job Description / Job Qualifications:
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the site’s electrical works are executed as per the drawings, specifications and scope of works.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site reports to ensure close monitoring of contractor’s progress activities.
- Attend Progress meetings whenever required.
- Daily site inspection
- Testing of electrical systems once they are installed to ensure all systems are stable and safe during construction up to hand over of the system.
- Monitor and follow all project related concerns of MEPF to ensure that deliverables are on schedule.
- Support and coordinate all project stakeholders involved to meet the Company or Project Team’s goals and objective.
- Respond to varied questions from employees, colleagues, manager/s for readily available information which can be obtained from file materials or manual.
- Maintain good communication /working relationship with clients and keep all parties informed.
- Ensure that a draft of needed project report is presented to the Colleagues and /or Manager prior to the final submission and/or reporting.
- Developing and understanding customer needs and the tools to best fit those needs.
- Willing and/ or has initiative to spend extra hours of work to accomplish tasks that are urgently needed for the project.
- Willing to accept new tasks/challenges to support Project Team’s goal.
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer handling or supervising mid to high rise buildings from start to finish of the project/s.
- Proficient use of Microsoft office programs needed.
- Knowledge of the overall construction project execution, scheduling and sequencing is an advantage.
- Knowledge/expertise on MEPF systems
- Excellent in resolving site issues and concerns.
- Knowledge/expertise of Testing and Commissioning (T&C) Procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Honest and dependable
- Can work with minimal supervision
