Account Management Officer

Job Description / Job Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

Update sales inventory and client database
Booking of Accounts
Follow up sales with regards to clients lacking requirements
Preparation of CTS and DOAS
Facilitate and process all after sales request of clients
Send out notices (demand letter)
Monitor account complains, resolutions and request
 
 
Job Requirements:
 
College graduate preferably from any business-related course
At least 1 year of relevant experience
